Cooking lesson,Greek recipes and tasting.

In the English class, year 6 children worked the recipe, so we prepared a typical Greek salad: 
TIROSSALATA KAFTERI.


 We crush the feta cheese with a fork, 
 We cut the roasted red peppers into small pieces.


We add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and a little vinegar. 
We mix all the ingredients in a bowl until they are the constency of paste. We serve it on toasts. 


 We also had a Tzaziki tasting. DELICIOUS.(but not for all ;-)
